Stay with us in Anghiari at "Vista di Plinio" or "Il Monastero" for a relaxing and memorable holiday! Clear communication with our guests is important to us. Our rates and terms for 2012:

• Our regular rental season for the apartments runs from April or Easter through the end of October. Holiday, Winter and Spring rental dates can be accommodated by arrangement and on request. A utilities surcharge will be added during the winter months.
• Weekly rental price during season includes initial cleaning, linens and basic utilities.
• At departure, renters are expected to leave the apartments in an "as-found" state of cleanliness and order.
• For safety reasons (open stairways, access to bedrooms, etc.), our apartments are not suitable for toddlers or young children. We will do our best to help you locate something more suitable for your family needs if requested.
• The apartments are non-smoking, and failure to comply will forfeit your deposit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A one-week minimum charge applies to all bookings, with the rental period during season from Saturday (Checkin: after 3 PM) to Saturday (Departure: by 10 AM). Extra nights or mid-week arrivals will be considered and accommodated when available, at €150 per night. Non-season dates allow more flexibility.
• A refundable security/damage deposit of €100 is required for all bookings, paid in full with the rental charges one month before arrival.
• To confirm your requested dates, 50% of the total amount due must be received and credited; the balance must be received and credited one month in advance of your arrival.
• Until confirmed, apartments remain available to other renters and all prices are subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations two months or more before your confirmed dates will recieve full refund, less any banking or postage fees. Cancellation from two months prior to two weeks before the booked dates incur a 50% non-refundable charge; less than 2 weeks, 75% of rental fee. We will make every effort to re-rent the property and when successful, your funds will be returned, minus any banking or postage fees. The security deposit will be refunded.
